Celebrating Summer at LP!

"Trout Point" may be the name long used by locals to refer to the land and old fishing camp where LP is now situated.  But Red Snapper season is the current excitement for serious fishermen!

Congratulations to Ron Bush for this catch. Bobbie shared the picture. Didn't send size/weight statistics, but this one was definitely a keeper.

Hurricane Season Information . . .

The six-month hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30.
NOAA predicts a near- or below-normal Atlantic hurricane season; nevertheless, advance planning and preparedness are always recommended.

Please review the LP Tropical Storm & Hurricane Preparedness info sheet.

Keep in mind that, even for tropical storms, Laguna Pointe is in the primary evacuation zone.

Ensure your tenants/visitors are aware of this information and storm preparation needs and responsibilities. For distant owners, make sure you have a property manager or local contact who will tend to your property in your absence.

Information Updates for LP Owners.

1.  An updated web page has information on LP insurance coverage, and forms/certificates that may be useful to owners for individual unit policies. This is also linked from the FAQ page.

2.  Please remember that it is the owners responsibility to ensure guests and/or tenants are aware of Association announcements and special directives.

Neither the Association nor EPM is staffed to work with individual occupants or property managers, other than the unit owner. Consequently, owners are expected to "get the word" to their guests/tenants and/or representative.

Please be a Good Neighbor!
...Use Indigo Drive only between LP and Gulf Beach Highway.
